Renting not only saves money but also spares you the hassle of storage and maintenance. Our extensive inventory of wedding rentals also grants you the freedom to choose from a wide array of styles and setups to perfectly match your theme, and easily switch it up for future events without additional investment.

Even after our wedding tent rental items have served their time, we’re committed to extending their life cycles. Whether through donation or repurposing the materials into new creations, we make sure that every piece has a second chance to shine. To reserve your wedding rentals, you can submit a quote request on our website. We’ll follow up with you within 1 business day to confirm if you would like to discuss the next steps to create a reservation. No two weddings are exactly alike. Please complete our event consultation form on the Contact Us page, and we’ll have a better idea of what it’s going to take.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), cash, checks as well as digital payment services (ApplePay, Venmo). We can only accept checks from new accounts if provided at least 7 business prior to an event installation date. All rates quoted are based on a 24-hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop off. Special event equipment can be delivered well in advance of an event to allow for proper setup or can be delivered according to your specific venue requirements. Whenever possible we appreciate the largest delivery and pickup window you can accommodate. Any rental equipment kept for longer than specified will be charged according to our price schedule (i.e. two-day rental, week rental, etc.).

We offer a wide range of tents to suit various wedding styles and sizes, including elegant marquees, romantic canopy tents, and spacious frame tents. Our team can help you choose the perfect tent to create the ideal atmosphere for your special day.

We recommend booking your wedding rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season. Typically, booking three to six months in advance is advisable, but we can accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Yes, we provide comprehensive delivery, setup, and teardown services for all of our wedding rentals. Our experienced team will ensure that everything is installed safely and efficiently, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day without any worries.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, especially in outdoor settings. Rest assured, we offer optional weather contingency plans and accessories such as sidewalls, heaters, and flooring to ensure that your wedding proceeds smoothly regardless of the conditions.
