Every April, over 80,000 people gather at the Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo. They come for carnival rides, barbecue, and rodeo competitions. This year, Houston Tents & Events supplied all tents and power for the 2025 Fair & Rodeo.
Our Role at the Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo
For the first time, Houston Tents & Events provided both tents and power solutions for the entire event. Thanks to our recent addition of 3 Phase Rentals, we delivered over five miles of cabling, more than three dozen generators, and air conditioning units for many of the tents on the fairgrounds. This ensured that every power and climate control need was met for the fair’s livestock and the 140+ teams competing in this year’s cookoff.

Supporting the Community
The Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo is more than just an event—it’s a tradition that raises scholarship money for local students through the Scholarship Trail Ride and auction proceeds. We are honored to support an event that gives back to the community and champions the youth of Montgomery County.
