If you have visited our showroom lately, you already know something is different. The Spring 2026 showroom flip is in full effect, and it is one of our most vibrant, feel-good setups yet. We sat down with Event Specialist Paige Meyer to get the story behind the design, the pieces she is most excited about, and what she hopes clients envision when they walk through the door. What Was Your Vision for the Spring Showroom?
Houston spring starts early. By late February, the air shifts, the colors come out, and people are ready to gather again. That energy was the starting point.
“The vision was to create a Spring showroom that felt fresh, uplifting, and fun but light,” Paige says. “We focused on soft greens, airy blues, playful pinks and the kids table to tie the room together for a community feel.”
The result is a space that does not feel over-designed. It breathes. Each table setup tells its own seasonal story while the room comes together as one cohesive, inviting environment.
Where Did the Color Palette and Aesthetic Come From?
Texas does spring differently. Wildflowers line the highways, the sky opens up, and everything goes green almost overnight. Paige leaned into that.
“Our Sage Green and Blue Table pulls from Houston nature: springtime green and light blue skies,” she explains. “Our kids table pulls in some Easter family time feel, while the Valentine table brings in some romance. And then there is the Tulip table.”
Each table setup anchors a different spring mood, giving clients a full range of inspiration to draw from for their own events.
How Did the Team Approach the Installation?
The process at HTE is part planning, part instinct, and always collaborative.
“It is always fun to start with a digital design to play around with colors, patterns, and decide what we want to incorporate,” Paige says. “But this can also be super hands-on, grabbing items from the warehouse and playing with it all in the showroom to bring it all together.”
That balance of structure and spontaneity is part of what makes each seasonal flip feel fresh rather than formulaic.
What Are Your Favorite Standout Pieces?
Two items are already generating serious buzz among the team and early visitors.
“We are loving our new Mero chairs that we are displaying with our Valentine’s table,” Paige says. “I have to say these are the most comfortable chairs we have to offer. We are excited about having some more colorway options with this one.”
The other crowd-pleaser: “Everyone is also loving the Greta Plates on our Spring Garden Table.”
Both pieces are already prompting client questions, which is exactly the goal of a well-executed showroom setup.
How Do You Hope Clients Feel When They Walk In?
This is the question that gets to the heart of what the HTE showroom is really for.
“I like to imagine our clients picturing community gathering and time spent with others when they walk into the showroom,” Paige says. “Kori did such a wonderful job at making the room look spacious, with potential to be filled with guests. I want them to imagine these setups at their own parties.”
That imagination is the whole point. The showroom is not just a display, it is a starting point for a client’s own event vision.
Were There Any Challenges Along the Way?
Even experienced designers run into moments where the pieces just need to be seen together to make sense.
“When someone is having a hard time picturing something together, we just have to get a completed setup done to really get the full picture,” Paige explains. “But Kori has an eye for these setups, and watching her pull the room together is so fascinating.”
Having a team that trusts each other’s instincts makes all the difference in pulling off a cohesive seasonal transformation.
How Does the Showroom Reflect the HTE Brand?
The showroom is not just a marketing tool. It gets used.
“Our showroom has already been utilized to host a Spring event or two this year, and filling the room with guests ties to our commitment to excellence and creating a memorable experience with our service and rentals,” Paige says.

What Rentals Will Be Most Popular This Spring?
Based on what clients are responding to in the showroom, Paige has a clear read on the season.
“I think people really like lounge furniture in the spring, along with cute and light-feeling tabletop items like our Spring Garden Tabletop showcases. That fun picnic feel makes people feel comfortable.”

Any Hints About What Is Coming This Summer?
Paige is already thinking ahead, and it sounds like a shift is coming.
“Summer is so fun, but I am thinking since we brought in so much color to this Spring showroom that it might be fun to play with more texture this Summer!”
