Every year in April, more than 80,000 people attend the Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo to experience the thrilling carnival rides, savory barbecue and exciting rodeo competition. Houston Tents & Events is elated to help make it all happen by being the official supplier of tents and power once again for this year’s Fair & Rodeo.
With this being the first year HTE is the official provider of tents and power, the recent addition of 3 Phase Rentals allowed us to provide more than five miles of cabling, over three dozen generators, and A/C units for many of the tents on the fairgrounds. This ensured that all power or climate control needs were met for the fair’s livestock animals and the 140+ teams competing in this year’s cookoff. - Over 65,000 square feet of tents
- Over 500 tables
- Over 1000 chairs
Every year, the Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo raises scholarship money for local students through the Scholarship Trail Ride and a portion of its auction proceedings. “This is one of the events that I look forward to every year.” Chief Operating Officer of Houston Tents & Events Darren Randle said. “It’s very fulfilling to contribute to such an event, especially being a resident of Montgomery County, which draws so many people and is such a great cause.”
