Fastest-growing Houston event rental company named exclusive tenting and event rental provider through 2030
Houston Tents & Events (HTE), the city’s premier family-owned provider of tent and event rental services, has announced a new partnership with the Houston Texans. As part of the agreement, HTE will serve as the team’s exclusive provider of tenting, power, climate control and event infrastructure at NRG Park and the Texans’ practice facility.
This milestone follows the company’s recent acquisitions of A Finer Event and 3 Phase Rentals, solidifying HTE as a leading provider of large-scale event services across the sports and entertainment industry.
For HTE Founder and Chief Operating Officer Darren Randle, the partnership is especially meaningful. A former employee of the Texans, Randle worked in the team’s marketing department in 2012 after graduating from the University of Houston.
“I’ve always loved working on projects that have a sports element to them,” Randle said. “When the chance came to partner with a team—and it happened to be the organization I once worked for—it was an easy yes.”
The announcement comes as HTE celebrates its five-year anniversary. In that time, the company has grown rapidly, earning recognition as one of Inc.’s Fastest-Growing Companies in the Southwest and ranking 25th on the Houston Business Journal’s “Fast 50” list of fastest-growing businesses in the Houston area.
