This March, Space Center Houston once again took festival-goers on a journey from the
launchpad to the stars—and Houston Tents & Events was proud to be on the ground making it
happen.

As the official provider of tents, power, and event rental items for the Moon2Mars Festival, we
returned for our second year with even more in our toolkit and experience to draw from. Over
the course of two weeks, more than 15 tents were installed across the sprawling campus to
support live music, immersive space tech activations, family-friendly exhibits, and food and
beverage experiences. And when we say immersive—we mean it. Third Eye Blind headlined the
event, bringing a burst of 90s nostalgia to a weekend already packed with interstellar
excitement.

Our crew of 11 team members worked across multiple days to install every structure, and six
returned to break it all down once the festivities wrapped. Between cold fronts, storms, and
ever-changing site logistics, we kept things grounded (literally) while the rest of the festival
soared. It’s that kind of resilience and flexibility that comes from experience: this marks our 6th
collaboration with Space Center Houston, and one of the largest footprints we’ve supported yet.
One of the wins this year? The opportunity to showcase a broader swath of our event rental inventory.
From custom lighting elements to aesthetic-forward furnishings, our contributions helped
enhance the overall visual experience and functionality of the festival footprint—meeting the
moment with both form and function.

We’re honored to continue powering events that inspire the next generation of explorers. The
Moon2Mars Festival may look toward the future of space travel, but we’ll always be proud to
play our part right here on Earth.
